The project is an assisted living complex on the west side of Lethbridge. We started this project Dec of “09” and it will extend through 2011 with phase 2 and 3. We were hired by a Medicine Hat contracting company called OBDC, and we enjoy a good working relationship. We are currently in negotiations for a landscaping contract as well.
